To run your account, the auctions you bid in and the orders you place, Excious holds your name, email address and phone number, the postal address you give at checkout, and your bids and orders. Card details are never held by Excious. Excious runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and the only cookie it sets remembers the language you chose.
To see, correct, export or erase your personal data, or to withdraw a consent you gave, write to support@excious.com. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes and bid records for 3 years; an erasure request removes everything else straight away and those when their period ends.
